Senior Sales Leader for Vendor Partnerships

At Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc, we seek a seasoned Senior Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our vendor partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share. They will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to achieve desired activities, ensure timely documentation of all activities in CRM, and complete required reports on time.
We offer a competitive salary range of $149,000 - $170,000, with an opportunity to earn commission. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) and matching, paid time off, company-paid life insurance, employee assistance program, training and development opportunities, and employee discounts.
