ID.me, a high-growth enterprise software company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for the country's largest public sector markets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a cross-functional team and drive revenue growth in a vast, untapped market. As a trusted advisor to senior executives at state-level agencies, you will leverage your expertise to identify and pursue opportunities where ID.me's innovative solutions can create value by increasing access rates, preventing fraud, improving customer experience, and enhancing workflow efficiency.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the public sector market.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at state-level agencies and foster strategic partnerships to expand ID.me's presence.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data to ensure seamless communication with executive leadership.

About You:

  • You possess a proven track record of selling complex solutions in a competitive market, consistently hitting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Your analytical problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication abilities, enable you to distill complex topics into actionable recommendations.
  • With 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or management consulting, you have a deep understanding of the public sector landscape and the ability to navigate its nuances.
  • A successful candidate must have experience selling to state and local civilian agencies within 3+ of the territory states (MN, IA, ND, SD, NE, and/or MO).
  • Bonus points if you have an identity or cybersecurity background, or experience working at a top-tier consulting firm or in a domain-specific industry like healthcare or education.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $153,000
