Twin Cities Area Store Market Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Market Growth Leader in the Twin Cities Area.
This role is responsible for leading a group of stores to achieve sales growth and exceed key performance indicators. As a Market Growth Leader, you will develop and maintain a high-performing store team, provide regular support and coaching, and drive business results through effective planning and execution.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising multiple direct reports, with a proven track record of team growth and development. Previous multi-unit management experience is required, as well as a background in the beauty industry. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to travel regularly, and have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop the Store Team
- Effectively manage time to focus on supporting the store market.
- Attract, hire, retain, and develop a driven and goal-oriented team.
- Foster a culture that encourages growth from within.
- Mentor Store Managers through regular coaching.
- Drive Sales Performance and Business
- Analyze sales performance and initiate strategies to motivate success.
- Reinforce daily planning habits to grow salesmanship strength.
- Support the Regional Sales Director to increase revenue through strong partnership with the outside sales team.
- Maintain Standards of Excellence
- Reinforce exceptional store experiences built on strong partnerships.
- Maintain high visual standards of merchandising display techniques and well-kept store environments.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
