Job Summary">

Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Neuroscience Sales Director to lead our Psychiatry business in Minneapolis, MN.

We are looking for a results-driven biopharmaceutical sales leader who can develop and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals for promoted products within our psychiatry portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, product launch, and team development. The role involves setting and leading the development of area strategic direction and tactical sales plans, identifying strengths and opportunities, and executing those plans to meet or exceed sales goals.

The Senior Neuroscience Sales Director will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse, high-performing Account Managers to Lundbeck. They will also evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities of account managers through performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing Account Managers.
  • Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities of account managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales management experience in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, or related industries.
  • Documented track record of sales success and financial management.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, train, and provide feedback to a group of account managers.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
