Your Role

You will set and lead the development of area strategic direction and tactical sales plans using robust analytical skills. You will also observe Account Manager interactions with target customers and provide individual coaching, feedback, and inspiration.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceuticals, or related experience
  • Documented track record of sales success and financial management
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, train, and provide feedback to a group of account managers

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000-$195,000 per year, with eligibility for a sales incentive target of $49,500 and participation in the company's long-term incentive plan. Benefits include flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits, and a company match 401k.
