About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Assets team at Bridge Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, responding to their enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Bridge Housing to meet service delivery standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate maintenance works with approved contractors and ensure works are carried out in line with service agreements and the repair priority list.
  • Support Bridge Housing to continually improve its client service by implementing relevant tenant feedback processes.
  • Assist the Assets team maintain good governance and administration of Responsive Maintenance works.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years' customer service experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an asset-related environment desirable.
