**Key Responsibilities:**

  • International ocean air bookings and tracking and tracing
  • Providing general customer service and support
  • Completing proper paperwork and documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges and communicating with clients regarding shipment status
  • Ensuring adherence to TSA/KSMS and other government regulatory compliance standards

**Requirements:**

  • At least five years of experience as an International Operations Agent
  • Ability to work in a demanding, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Reach truck and forklift experience
  • Pallet jack experience

**Physical Requirements:**

This is a clerical administrative position in a professional office setting. The employee is frequently required to sit and use a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and use of a phone are required.
