Compensation: $20-21/hr.
Key Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills are essential.

- Two to five years of verified experience in a similar, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.
- Experience in a technical support capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional end-user technical support related to enterprise software and hardware. Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology and apply that knowledge to assist with all existing systems. Conduct thorough investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware and software issues.
