Cricut is a leading manufacturer of smart cutting machines that empower creativity and self-expression. We're seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our Member Care team in South Jordan, Utah.

As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members, resolving technical issues and answering product-related questions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive world-class support, utilizing our service principles and guidelines to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Documenting and escalating complex support issues to internal teams
  • Responding to service tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to technical support incidents

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced spoken and written English (USA) at a native or professional level
  • Multi-lingual capacity in French, Spanish, or Portuguese (desired)
