The Support Technician will be a member of CallTower's Technical Support Team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support escalated support cases related to CallTower's hosted Meta switch/SIP, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco platforms.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of CallTower's hosted platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
