Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategy and Consulting to join our Health Professional Solutions (HPS) team. This is a highly visible role focused on building businesses and executing strategies for internal teams and external customers. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice President of Health Professional Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive growth and innovation in HPS businesses.
- Collaborate with HPS leadership and businesses to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including VUMC leadership and HPS teams, as well as external partners and clients.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive results.
- Develop and implement project management plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to HPS businesses to drive business growth and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies and plans to drive growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Professional certifications in business strategy, project management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business strategy, project management, or a related field.
