Field Sales Executive for Le Labo in the Southwest

Le Labo is embarking on an exciting journey of growth with the launch of new boutiques and retail spaces. To support this expansion while upholding our commitment to slow perfumery and craftsmanship, we are seeking a Field Executive Sales Manager for the Southwest region.
Role Responsibilities:
The Field Executive Sales Manager serves as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the core values and culture of Le Labo. This position is crucial for achieving retail sales objectives in the designated area, executing brand strategies at the field level, and nurturing a talented team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. **Sales Performance:**
- Drive retail sales to meet established targets.
- Ensure on-brand execution across all retail locations while enhancing client experiences.
2. **Collaboration:**
- Partner with the Sales & Education Executive to implement regional growth strategies.
- Work closely with mall marketing teams to boost brand awareness and store traffic.
3. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales growth and productivity goals.
- Coach staff to engage customers in discussions about corporate orders and escalate as necessary.
4. **Market Insight:**
- Stay informed about consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
5. **Recruitment and Development:**
- Identify and hire individuals who align with the brand's lifestyle and values.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a high-quality brand experience.
6. **Retail Excellence:**
- Deliver an authentic retail experience that immerses clients in the Le Labo brand.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld across all locations.
7. **Operational Support:**
- Maintain consistency in store procedures and support inventory management.
- Champion the use of the POS system to facilitate operational efficiency.
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,800 - $139,200, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness programs, life insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and vacation time.
