To support this expansion while maintaining the core values of our distinctive business model and commitment to slow perfumery, craftsmanship, and mindfulness, we are seeking a Field Executive Sales Manager for the Southwest region.
Role Responsibilities:This position will focus on a portfolio of
FSS and Counter locations across the region.
The Field Executive Sales Manager serves as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the ethos and culture of Le Labo.
Responsible for achieving retail sales objectives in their area, the FESM implements brand strategies at the field level and cultivates a team of talented individuals.
Key Qualifications:Drive retail sales in the region to meet objectives:
Achieve goals with brand-aligned execution across all locations while prioritizing customer experience.
Collaborate with the Executive Director of Sales & Education to execute the regional growth plan across locations.
FSS
Guide teams to meet sales growth and productivity targets while delivering an authentic customer experience.
Utilize key shopping periods to enhance product trials and customer engagement.
Enhance KPIs and business mix in line with brand strategy.
Lead the launch of new locations in the region, including pre-opening activities, staffing, partnerships, and merchandising in collaboration with various departments.
Mentor team members to initiate corporate order discussions in-store and escalate to the Partnership Manager for approval.
Stay informed about consumer preferences, market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
Department Stores
Maximize market share for each location, concentrating on key product categories and enhancing efforts during significant shopping events.
Collaborate closely with Department Managers to align strategies and identify in-store partnership and training opportunities.
Guide Field Executives to maintain appropriate inventory levels at all locations.
Recruitment, Talent Development & Education
Attract individuals who embody the brand's lifestyle and values.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and provide comprehensive training.
Conduct quarterly evaluations of store managers and set performance goals.
Enhance skills and support training initiatives in partnership with management.
Develop and train managers/leaders to foster a premier brand experience.
Monitor and approve team hours and timekeeping practices.
Retail Experience
Deliver a brand-consistent retail experience while nurturing and developing a talented team.
Ensure in-store teams immerse clients in the Le Labo experience and guide them through our unique journey.
Be accountable for the execution of all visual merchandising across our locations.
Marketing/Amenities
Support the creation of local amenities and partnership initiatives in the region.
Collaborate with the brand amenities manager and Executive Director of Sales & Education to enhance brand visibility.
Store Operations
Ensure uniformity of in-store procedures across all locations.
Assist with monthly inventory assessments to ensure accurate inventory management.
Lead Field Executives and Store Managers in planning relevant stock to meet sales targets.
Champion the Revel POS system to provide teams with effective solutions.
Reporting
Provide monthly analysis of business performance, highlighting opportunities and action plans.
Update various brand reports on KPIs, new product launches, and overall productivity.
Manage sales tracking for the region in collaboration with Field Executives.
Compensation:
Anticipated base salary range: $92,800 - $139,200 (based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a range of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
