Job Overview

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets? We are in search of an outside sales executive who can implement a strategic sales approach to cultivate new and enhance existing client relationships. Compensation:

Potential earnings range from $75,000 to $125,000 based on performance, plus benefits.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Quickly assess potential clients by identifying key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, analyzing competition, and recognizing budgetary constraints.
  • Present our solutions to prospects through engaging sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and secure signed contracts.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively communicate our unique value proposition to prospects and clients.
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and engage in sales-generating activities.
  • Efficiently manage your sales pipeline while consistently introducing new potential clients.
  • Conduct daily sales routes and client appointments.
  • Participate in industry organizations and attend trade shows, expos, and networking events.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, including one-on-one lunches and company presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Executive to relay customer insights.
  • Work with team members to address client challenges.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Adhere to the established business strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
  • High school diploma required; industry or product knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet and surpass monthly sales quotas.
  • Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with a focus on service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or related marketing roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google applications.
  • High energy, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to create a positive first impression.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Must reside in the relevant area.
