Job Summary

Le Labo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Southwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth, executing brand strategy, and developing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Retail Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the Southwest region
    • Partner with the Director of Sales and Education to implement region-specific strategies to drive growth
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Execute Brand Strategy
    • Implement brand initiatives to drive awareness and sales in the region
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department store managers and mall marketing teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategy
  • Develop Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
    • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped to execute brand strategy
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Ensure consistency of in-store procedures across all locations in the region
    • Support monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate tracking of inventory
    • Lead the team to plan relevant stock to achieve target sales
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Deliver monthly analysis on business performance, highlighting opportunities and action plans
    • Update various brand reports on KPIs, new launches, and overall productivity
    • Manage sales trackers for the region in collaboration with the Field Executive
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving retail sales growth and executing brand strategy
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience with retail operations, including inventory management and store operations
What We Offer

Le Labo offers a competitive salary range of $92,800 - $139,200, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).
