Position Summary:
We are seeking a Field Executive Sales Manager to oversee a portfolio of FSS and Counter locations in the Southwest region. This individual will serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the essence of Le Labo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive retail sales in the region to meet and exceed targets while ensuring an on-brand execution across all locations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director of Sales & Education to implement strategic plans aimed at growth.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Talent Development: Recruit and onboard individuals who align with our brand values, providing comprehensive training and development opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency in store operations and visual merchandising across all locations.
- Reporting: Provide regular analysis of business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,800 - $139,200, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement savings plans, and paid leave.
