Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Sales Leader to join our team at Identified Talent Solutions. As the company continues to expand rapidly, we need a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in high-growth environments, with a focus on expanding B2B client base within the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy to accelerate growth and expand market share within the cybersecurity sector.
- Lead and manage sales, business development, and customer success teams to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align revenue generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build a culture of accountability, and drive performance excellence.
