About the Role:
As a Customer Care Specialist at Empereon Marketing, you will play a vital role in securing new recurring revenue from residential prospects and existing customers. You will work closely with our team to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include gaining familiarity with customer care concepts, procedures, and methodologies, performing entry-level assignments within a specific region or business area, responding to customer-generated tickets, and providing personalized communication. You will also ask questions, actively listen to customers, and demonstrate respect and concern.

Requirements for this role include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong data entry and computer skills, and the ability to operate office equipment. You will also require efficient and accurate handling of money and the ability to learn and stay informed of products and services offered by Empereon Marketing.
