Job Description

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Home2 Suites Charlotte University. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless hotel operations during the overnight shift, including registering guests, balancing transactions, and completing daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including registering guests, making reservations, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Accounting: Balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Security: Conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's safety and security.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; Knowledge of accounting principles and problem-solving skills essential.
