Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide assistance to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and presentations
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Design marketing materials and visual content for internal communications and presentations using Canva or similar design tools

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in administrative duties
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
