JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide support for customer accounts by processing purchase orders, forecasting customer needs, and facilitating customer inquiries. Collaborate with various departments to initiate and manage both new and ongoing projects, ensuring effective order follow-up and tracking. Assist the Account Support Supervisor, Account Managers, and Sales Coordinators as needed. Carry out all responsibilities and duties as detailed below.

A. DUTIES AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting all specified requirements.

2. Process orders for both new and existing clients.

3. Foster positive relationships with customers.

4. Support all departments with sales-related inquiries (including invoicing, EDI, tracking, and addressing customer complaints).

5. Confirm customer orders through email or customer portals.

6. Organize and maintain records of purchase orders, forecasts, customer correspondence, and operational instructions.

7. Assist Account Managers with drafting quotes, letters, and other necessary communications.

8. Update and maintain customer and product-specific information.

9. Provide clients with updates on their order status and any additional requirements.

10. Monitor and follow up on all orders using various tracking systems.

11. Process ASN E-Cards to fulfill customer specifications.

12. Manage and oversee customer inventory in accordance with specific requirements.

13. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and seminars as required.

14. Serve as a backup for departmental staff as needed.

15. Revise and communicate updates to customer procedures and training materials.

16. Occasionally monitor customer demands remotely during weekends.

17. Adhere to all departmental and relevant company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

18. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
