Account Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work activities of our janitorial team, ensuring efficiency and consistency in our cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare teamwork schedules to ensure seamless operations
- Implement 4M Building Solutions' standards and best practices
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Janitorial experience required
- Some supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
- Medical insurance for employees working 30-plus hours
- Vacation days for full-time employees (minimum 37 1/2 hours per week)
- Holiday pay for regular, non-exempt team members in good standing
