Job Title: Implementation Specialist

At DealerBuilt, we're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of our software solutions for our dealership clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with dealership clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored implementation plans.
  • Lead kickoff and status meetings to review implementation progress, set expectations, and communicate updates to the broader team.
  • Train dealership clients on the setup and utilization of DealerBuilt solutions.
  • Manage project plans, ensuring timely implementation of solutions and effective communication with clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with the implementation team to ensure all key deliverables and project milestones are achieved.
  • Continuously improve the implementation process by identifying best practices, documenting recommendations, and submitting customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive software implementation or dealership utilization, with a proven track record of success.
  • Management experience at a dealership is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an implementation specialist, leading meetings, establishing and managing plans, configuring software, training users, and driving engagement.
  • Strong business relationship-building skills and ability to manage customer change and adoption during the implementation cycle.
  • Project management style focus to ensure clients achieve their desired business results.
  • Excellent communication and internal tools skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in the field 60%+ of the time.
