Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Butcher Sales Specialist to join our team at Quantum Ventures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our fresh food department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers feel welcome and valued in our store, providing personalized attention and advice to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Professionally manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always complete and of high quality.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to high standards of presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Training or Experience: Ideally, you will have a commercial training or professional experience, preferably in the retail sector. We also welcome career changers.
  • Customer Focus: You will have a strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills, with a passion for working with people.
  • Team Spirit: You will be a team player, with a sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn new things.
