Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Senior Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and developing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
    • Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Business Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
