Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Coordinate maintenance requests from residents, including repairs and replacements of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Valid state driver's license required for vehicle travel

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
