Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Coordinate maintenance requests from residents, including repairs and replacements of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Valid state driver's license required for vehicle travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
