About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Instructor and Aquatics Lead to join our team at British Swim School. As a key member of our aquatics team, you will be responsible for leading our swim instructor team, teaching classes, and ensuring the success of our students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and coach a dynamic team of swim instructors
  • Teach classes and cover whenever needed
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve customer retention, revenue, and expense containment
  • Manage staff schedules, including time off requests
  • Communicate with customers and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure classes and training adhere to current company brand standards
  • Ensure pool locations have proper inventory of supplies for lessons
  • Ensure that all water and safety standards are maintained at the pools
  • Attend ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent certification
  • CPR/First Aid Instructor Certification
  • Successful completion of aquatics leadership training through British Swim School Corporate
