Client Relationship Specialist

Overview: The Associate Client Service Partner is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and achieving usage goals for designated accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main liaison for users within established client accounts, concentrating on boosting user engagement, utilization, and renewals.
- Builds enduring relationships with clients and identifies opportunities for additional sales.
- Proactively assesses account performance and devises strategies for user engagement.
- Provides training and support to assigned accounts to optimize the use of Bloomberg Industry Group products, including onboarding sessions for new client employees.
- Assists clients in setting up alerts, dashboards, and other features.
- Works closely with Relationship Partners to outline account-specific strategies and uncover further sales and growth prospects for current clients.
- Engages in special projects and performs other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the relevant market (e.g., legal firms, tax & accounting, corporations) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize accounts and manage multiple projects to achieve business objectives and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 years of successful experience in sales or account management in a business environment similar to Bloomberg Industry Group.
- Previous experience in Account Management is preferred.
