Position: Client Support Specialist at Crown
- Generate quotes for National Account clients.
- Create product comparison charts and sales presentation materials.
- Assist in the order processing and installation management.
- Gather, organize, and distribute information effectively.
- Engage support from local vendors.
- Coordinate and follow up on product demonstrations and rentals.
- Communicate with clients and support teams.
- Act as a liaison between company departments and suppliers.
- Handle inquiries from National Account clients.
- Address client questions and foster trust in the support system.
- Keep management updated on client communications and feedback.
- Travel as necessary to provide assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess valid driving privileges.
- Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
