Job Title: Night Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Night Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all nighttime front desk and audit functions, executing computer maintenance requirements, and ensuring all financial transactions for the day are verified and balanced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Be actively engaged with guests, identifying their needs and meeting them to exceed expectations.
  • Balance daily posting and revenue, and resolve inaccuracies.
  • Fully knowledgeable in all emergency procedures.
  • Distribute nightly reports.
  • Efficiently process guaranteed no-show billings.
  • Handle Express Check-outs ensuring their completion.
  • Train and supervise Night Desk Clerks and 3rd shift Front Office staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all systems and control procedures.
  • Ensure that 3rd shift Night Desk checklist and responsibilities are completed.
  • In absence of MOD, conduct property walk and complete overnight MOD report.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Previous hotel experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
  • Ability to think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions.
  • Ability to assist the Overnight Manager in holding the team accountable for their assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Strong computer skills (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office).
