Front Desk Manager

White Lodging is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to lead our Front Office department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and coaching our front desk agents and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily shift operations of the Front Office department
  • Provide leadership, training, and shift flow management
  • Create proactive hiring plans and assist in hourly interviews
  • Ensure high-quality service to guests and associates
  • Perform hands-on duties as needed, including financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
Requirements:
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Desire to develop and coach associates
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and execute against strategy
