The Mokara Hotel & Spa is seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:**

* Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures
* Ensure that all guest interactions are courteous and professional
* Handle guest issues and forward them to the appropriate department as needed
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service

**Requirements:**

* Previous customer service experience
* Previous cash handling experience
* Previous hotel experience highly preferred
* Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) in English with guests, associates, and vendors
* Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
* Computer skills (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office)
