Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate information is recorded and special requests are fulfilled.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle guest accounts in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive impression for our guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
