Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Clerk at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including confirming reservations and issuing room keys
- Handle guest payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Answer guest calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
- Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local area
- Run daily reports and identify any special requests or issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
