About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Raydia Food Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic development initiatives and training efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to develop business strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
    • Work directly with Sales to grow and develop sales and penetration of current customers.
    • Work directly with Sales to show value and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver training programs for employees, sales teams, and partners.
    • Create training materials, presentations, and manuals.
    • Assess training needs and develop training plans to address skill gaps.
    • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales and business development teams.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Provide sales teams with tools, resources, and training to improve performance.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral and materials.
    • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development and training.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and training effectiveness.
    • Use data insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
    Requirements
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and training sessions.
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars.
