Sales and Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Raydia Food Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic development initiatives and training efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Work directly with Sales to grow and develop sales and penetration of current customers.
- Work directly with Sales to show value and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for employees, sales teams, and partners.
- Create training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Assess training needs and develop training plans to address skill gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales and business development teams.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide sales teams with tools, resources, and training to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral and materials.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development and training.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and training effectiveness.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars.
