Position Overview: Sales Account Manager
Compensation:
$21.63/Hour + 10/10 Commission Structure

Role Summary: The Sales Account Manager is tasked with promoting the services of Circle Logistics. This role involves identifying potential clients, cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the entire client engagement process. The primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the branch manager and corporate resources to build a robust business portfolio.
  • Conduct telephone screenings and in-person meetings with prospective clients to assess their needs.
  • Deliver face-to-face presentations of our service offerings to potential customers.
  • Prepare detailed written proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Transform prospects into clients while concentrating on comprehensive supply chain solutions.
  • Manage opportunities, projects, and daily interactions with both prospects and clients.
  • Generate and maintain a lead list to illustrate potential business opportunities.
  • Engage in cold calling to introduce Circle Logistics services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities.
  • Meet essential growth metrics, including total revenue and profit margins.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Freight Brokerage, TSP Account Management, or Sales is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables, and reporting).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be available after hours and on weekends as necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.
