Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated Lottery Sales Specialists to cultivate and sustain productive relationships with retail partners while driving sales growth throughout Indiana. The role encompasses maximizing sales through strategic merchandising, efficient inventory oversight, comprehensive retailer training, and the execution of promotional activities. This position will primarily target small format retail locations in designated regions.
Core Responsibilities- Act as the principal sales representative for small format retail accounts
- Enhance sales performance through targeted Business Plan strategies
- Oversee merchandising and inventory control
- Provide insights and feedback on lottery offerings
- Implement sales promotions and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales
- Proven sales closing abilities and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Extensive travel during daytime hours
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Availability for overnight sales meetings across the state
