As a Business Development Manager with Michigan Broadband Services, you will have the opportunity to lead the sales operations of our high-speed communications services. With a comprehensive platform of Internet, Voice, Video, Mobile & related services, we serve communities throughout the Upper Peninsula and northern half of the Lower Peninsula. Our plans to significantly upgrade our network to fiber optic technology over the next 5-years offer an exciting prospect for a results-driven leader like you.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets, leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals, and identifying and cultivating new business opportunities & fostering strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have management, supervisory, analytical, and organizational experience, as well as a strong understanding of sales team management, including implementation of incentive compensation systems and CRM tools. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience in business development is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales management.
