Business Development Executive

About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop sales strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts. You will leverage our proven sales system to build relationships with local businesses and generate new leads, while also training and mentoring sales agents to improve performance and achieve results. With our comprehensive training program, ongoing support, and competitive bonus structure, you will have the tools necessary to succeed and build a self-sustaining referral stream.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business to business sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring.
