Description of the Position: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team and drive the growth of our psychiatry portfolio. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing sales data to identify trends. If you have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong analytical background, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of $117,000 - $137,000, plus a sales incentive target of $37,500, flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits, and a company car. Our team values being a curious, adaptable, and accountable team player who can contribute to our organization's success.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, at least 2 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Previous experience within a specialty product sales force is preferred. You must demonstrate intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams and be certified on product knowledge annually.
