Office Manager and HR Coordinator

Job Overview:
Precision Plumbing & Heating seeks an experienced HR Generalist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing harmonious employee relations, leading a high-performing office team, providing guidance and coaching on HR-related matters, and supporting the office team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage harmonious employee relations at all levels, collaborate with business leaders to determine the most appropriate approach to employee-related issues, and mitigate risks.
- Leadership: Lead and develop a highly effective office team to their highest potential through coaching, mentoring techniques, and servant leadership.
- HR Guidance: Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist the office team with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a GED or High School Diploma is required; a BA in Human Resources or a BA in Business is preferred.
- Experience: 3 years in Human Resource Management and Office Management experience is required.
Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00/hr depending on experience.
