- Navigate mechanical rooms safely and efficiently.
- Manage warranty claims and customer returns, maintaining accurate records.
- Book travel arrangements and maintain organized records.
- Quotations, lead times, return materials, packing slips, sales acknowledgements, and emails.
- Travel one to three times a month on an as-needed basis.

- Conscientious, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Integrity and honesty.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Well-organized with prioritizing and planning skills.
