We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bemana Power Recruitment.

This role involves providing technical support to customers over the phone, working in a safe and efficient manner, and effectively communicating instructions through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be willing to help, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Available for service calls and troubleshooting throughout the day and early evening/morning
  • Navigating mechanical rooms safely
  • Able to effectively communicate instructions over the phone, through photos, email, text, and in person with customers
  • Ability to book travel arrangements and keep records neat and organized
  • Managing warranty claims and customer returns

Desk transactions include quotations, lead times, return materials, packing slips, sales acknowledgements, and emails.

Traveling one to three times a month on an as-needed basis.

The successful candidate will be a positive company representative, have integrity, honesty, and be well-organized with prioritizing and planning skills.
