- Utilize advanced technical skills to support both Windows and MacOS systems effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Take initiative and exercise good judgment when escalating IT tickets or situations for resolution.
- 3-5 years of IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Advanced software and hardware technical skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing Office 365 accounts, along with supporting Office applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility in work schedule; must be able to work overtime when needed.
- A+ Certification and ITIL Foundations Certification.
- Knowledge of Change Management Processes.
