Position Summary:
The Senior Compliance Risk Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Ethics & Compliance Team. This position is essential for advancing the strategic objectives and operational priorities related to ethics and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Risk Management: Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a robust governance and risk management framework that incorporates risk assessments, training, and issue management.
  • Risk Management Program Development: Design and implement an ethics and compliance risk management program to ensure the organization meets its ethical standards and compliance objectives.
  • Monitoring Program Oversight: Enhance and manage the monitoring program, ensuring thorough documentation of processes and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Training Material Development: Create and deliver engaging training materials that promote policy governance and compliance awareness.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Establish methods to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and compliance programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on compliance-related risks and regulatory changes to ensure policies are current and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (Bachelor's Degree or higher).
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance.

  • Policy Management: Expertise in policy governance and framework development.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance program elements and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytical thinking and data presentation.
  • Professional Maturity: Ability to express viewpoints confidently and synthesize complex information.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
  • Program Management: Experience in managing compliance or risk management programs independently.
