Position Overview:

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Integrity department through various essential functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct departmental audits and provide educational support.
  • Oversee reconciliation processes and charge capture initiatives.
  • Manage Epic work queue oversight to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $27.93 to $44.59, which translates to an annual salary between $58,094 and $92,747. Compensation is based on relevant experience, and the hourly rate is part of a comprehensive rewards package that includes benefits for eligible positions.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility of working remotely.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • One of the following is required:
  • An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Five years of pertinent experience, including at least one of the following areas: billing, charge description master, chart auditing, coding, or charge capture.
  • Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Revenue Integrity is also preferred.

Certifications:

One of the following certifications is required:

  • Registered Nurse License
  • Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS), Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP), or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
