Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Portfolio leaders, BA, and Scrum Managers to adapt and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure quality standards are defined, inspected, and measured
  • Creatively problem-solve capacity and budget constraints
  • Provide financial management and reporting for projects within the portfolio
  • Be accountable for the portfolio's success by measuring and monitoring progress against objectives, time, and budget
  • Align the team to objectives and goals for each initiative
  • Relentlessly manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communications
  • Define, communicate, and manage dependencies across projects
  • Support portfolio success by proactively looking forward for risks and issues to assist in mitigating
  • Be an escalation point for all risk and issue mitigation
  • Model A&F leadership standards to strengthen company culture

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
  • 7-10+ years of Technology-related experience in multiple areas, including Cloud Platforms, Networking, Tech Hardware, Tech Operations, Information Security, and Applications support
  • 5+ years in Project/Program Management and delivery, with experience leading other Project Managers
  • Strong understanding of agile project management and program governance
  • Strong business acumen, including strategic planning and the ability to develop and measure objectives, key results, and ROI analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and deliver in a high-energy, fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively manage a dispersed team and prioritize work
  • Proven relationship management skills, including the ability to work with multiple executives concurrently
  • Creative and critical approach to problem-solving with a humble, team-oriented, and optimistic attitude
  • Experience implementing and following organizational change management methodologies
