Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and track essential environmental performance metrics.
  • Articulate effective strategies to institutionalize environmental compliance and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Oversee environmental protocols, ensuring they are current and that adequate training is provided.
  • Formulate approaches to minimize compliance-related expenses.
  • Devise strategies to leverage pollution control mandates.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to consolidate environmental services.
  • Set and fulfill environmental compliance objectives aligned with the expectations of the Environmental Director.
  • Engage in relevant industry associations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the energy sector or similar industries is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in environmental compliance within the energy sector is essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational, influencing, and conflict resolution skills are required.
  • Proven ability to assess issues, outline requirements, and execute action plans to achieve organizational objectives is necessary.
  • Familiarity with midstream energy facilities, including pipelines, pump and compressor stations, and storage facilities, is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and access field assets and Right-of-Way (ROW) is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is essential.
