Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at OneWater Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome all visitors to our stores, answering or referring inquiries to Sales Team Members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide effective administrative support services for the General Manager as needed, including processing incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining relevant files.
  • Team Support: Effectively support all Team Members to ensure a professional work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor customers and visitors to the store to ensure all needs are met.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Positive Attitude: Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectives.
  • Reliability and Discipline: Proves reliability and discipline by following all time-keeping rules.
  • Teamwork: Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focuses on customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
  • Professional Image: Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization.
  • Communication: Maintains positive interaction with all team members.
  • Technical Skills: Possesses administrative and computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Lifts 10 lbs infrequently and performs seated, stooping, and climbing tasks.
