About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services, achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and restock shelves and set up displays.
  • Operational Support: Load/unload delivery trucks, assist in making deliveries, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, suggesting ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, preferably with experience selling paint and paint-related products and operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
